Guess what...

Chicken butt...lol.  Sorry had to do it.  :)

I CLOSED TODAY!!!!!

God is so good!!!!  I worried and got frustrated but in the end it happened not in my time but his.

Thank you all for the support. ..and well wishes and just for reading my blog period.

Guess who's moving Saturday!?!?! Meeeeeee!!

      I thought I wasn't going to close yesterday because I hadn't heard anything by 1130. But the loan was approved and the attorney got the information aroudn 1ish...the paralegal scheduled me for 400 and by 430 I was done. Since I wasn't told how much to bring for closing, I had to go back out after signing all the documentation but by 530 I was done!! I haven't received my keys yet...but I knew it wouldn't get them yesterday b/c I didn't use the RH attorney, but that's ok.

      This is so awesome Courtney!! Everything was in divine order!! I tell you ups and downs of purchasing a home is unspeakable! The important thing is that you CLOSED! So when do you get those keys in your hands!!

      Once RH receives the funds and everything is recorded I should get my keys. The attorney said recording should be today around 1130. I'm calling my SR tomorrow and hopefully I can pick the keys up around lunch time.

      I did!!!! Picked them up yesterday during lunch! Was so excited that I spent my lunch at the new place. :-D

      Lol...I'm working on pics. Since my place is smallet maybe I can do a video. I'm about 5 min from my office which means I can go home gor lunch every day. :-)
